Are your products certified organic and safe?

Yes, We work only with trusted suppliers and brands that meet international safety and quality standards. Many of our products are GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard) or dermatologically tested for sensitive skin.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Absolutely. We deliver nationwide, and shipping is free. For smaller orders, standard delivery charges apply.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.  If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain baby products cannot be returned once they are opened.
