1. Inspection Before Payment

We know how important it is for your little one’s comfort and style to be spot-on. That is why at Cradleize, you are welcome to open and inspect the parcel before making your payment to ensure the products match the order you placed. Only when you're happy, proceed with the payment.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original packaging, with tags attached

  • Free of labels or markings, except where trying on for size

  • Fashion items may be tried on to check fit without affecting return eligibility

 

3. Return & Exchange Time Frame

  • You have 7 working days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Please ensure your request is submitted within this period for seamless processing.

4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Submit your request via our customer support email or contact page, clearly stating your order number, product issue (if any), and whether you’d prefer a new size, product, or refund.

  2. Pack the item securely, include a copy of the invoice, and note the reason for returning.

  3. Ship the merchandise via trackable courier or registered post at your expense to our address provided during the process.

5. Shipping & Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Cradleize error.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

  • We’ll notify you via email as soon as your refund or exchange is confirmed.

6. Return Label & Safety Note

To avoid mishaps, please label your return package clearly: for example, “Return Item: Cradleize.”
